A shipping confirmation SMS as well as Email will be sent when your purchased product has been shipped with the tracking details, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering.
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.
We know your orders are important. rideadventure.in provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you, but rideadventure.in does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

How to Initiate A Refund
In case you are unsatisfied with the received purchase, we request you to reach us at info@rideadventure.in with your order details, and we shall revert back to you at the earliest with the details of return shipping process.
Returns
We are happy to assist you with returns subject to following criteria:
The products should be purchased only from rideadventure.in and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
Return request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 7 days refund period.
Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
Product should reach us within 7 day and be in sellable condition.
Kindly note that during sale, specific rules will apply for returning on sale product; If the correct product has been delivered, only in case we send a wrong product we will accept return. Unfortunately on sale products cant be refunded.
Delay in receiving the order
If you don't receive your products and you can't track it, we recommend reaching us by mail so that we can assist you with right details. We shall handle such issues strictly and take necessary steps to resolve it at the earliest.
In such an event, we can cancel your order and process your refunds the money in your account or track your order and expedite the shipment.
You will not be entitled for any cash refunds as per our policy.
Damaged, Wrong product, Exchanges
Post receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction and in case of exchange we will update your details and ship you the right products. In either scenario your return or exchange issue will be closed within 1-2 weeks of our receiving of the return package from you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return address is mentioned on the label.

We usually initiate eligible refunds within 14 working days from receipt of products at our warehouse.

Since the products are displayed online on different screen resolutions, there may be possibilities that colors or design of the product delivered may vary in actual colour. Customers are requested to read all the details and disclaimer on product page before placing the order.
Some products listed on RideAdventure.in are stocked in our warehouse, while others are sourced directly from manufacturers, distributors, or partner warehouses. Depending on product availability, dispatch may require additional processing or procurement time. Customers are requested to wait for dispatch confirmation and avoid raising cancellation requests due to reasonable stock-related delays. Our team will proactively inform you if there are any significant delays or availability issues.
Orders cancelled before dispatch will be subject to a deduction of 3% + GST towards payment gateway and transaction processing charges. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted under any circumstances, as shipping and handling charges have already been incurred.
We do not accept return requests or provide refunds for products delivered correctly as per the customer's order. Customers are strongly advised to verify product specifications, compatibility, fitment, and requirements before placing an order. Returns based on change of mind, incorrect selection, or compatibility assumptions will not be accepted.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery. The product must remain unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Supporting photographs and unboxing videos may be required for verification. Claims submitted after the specified period may not be eligible for approval.
For approved exchange or replacement claims, customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipment to our registered address. RideAdventure does not reimburse return courier, packaging, handling, or transportation costs. Customers are advised to securely pack the product to prevent transit damage during return shipping.
Products such as headlights, fog lights, wiring harnesses, auxiliary lights, and other electrical accessories must be installed by a qualified technician or professional motorcycle electrician. Any damage resulting from incorrect wiring, improper installation, modifications, short circuits, or use with incompatible electrical systems will not be covered under warranty, replacement, exchange, or refund policies.
Products purchased during promotional offers, festive sales, clearance events, combo deals, or discounted pricing are considered final sale items and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or warranty claims unless explicitly mentioned otherwise on the product page.
Product prices are subject to change without prior notice based on manufacturer, supplier, or distributor price revisions.
