Hold My Throttle brings a factory-fitted Cruise Control experience to your motorcycle, leaving behind all the traditional mechanical throttle locks and clips. This is made possible with an active electronic system that reacts to rider inputs faster than a fraction of the time it takes to blink an eye, so the rider has absolute command of the motorcycle.

Functionality:

Hold My Throttle Cruise Control can be controlled with the 3-button switch control mounted on the handlebar. The 3-button switch control works as follows:

• RES/+ : Pressing the RESUME button activates Cruise Control at the previously set speed. Pressing this button while Cruise Control is active increases the set speed by 5 km/h.

• CANCEL: Pressing this button while Cruise Control is active instantly deactivates Cruise Control. Pressing this button while Cruise Control is inactive clears any saved RESUME speed.

• SET/- : Pressing this button activates Cruise Control at the current speed. Pressing the SET button while Cruise Control is active decreases the set speed by 5 km/h.

• LED Indicators: The switch control comes with two LEDs to indicate system status and Cruise Control status.

Cruise Control Disengagement:

Hold My Throttle ensures Cruise Control disengages instantly when any of the following conditions are detected:

• Brakes Are Applied: Pressing the brake lever deactivates Cruise Control.

• Clutch Is Engaged: Pressing the clutch lever deactivates Cruise Control.

• CANCEL Button: Pressing the CANCEL button deactivates Cruise Control.

• Throttle Override: Twisting the throttle beyond the set position temporarily overrides Cruise Control to assist overtaking for up to 20 seconds, after which Cruise Control is deactivated.

Safety and Reliability:

For safety and reliability, Cruise Control will not activate if:

• The motorcycle is in 1st gear or Neutral.

• Current speed is less than 30 km/h.

• RPM is below 3000 RPM.

• RPM is above 8500 RPM.

• CANBUS packet updates are disrupted for more than 1 second.

ORDER TRACKING

A shipping confirmation SMS as well as Email will be sent when your purchased product has been shipped with the tracking details, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.

We know your orders are important. rideadventure.in provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

We will always do our best to assist you, but rideadventure.in does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

Refund and Return Policy

How to Initiate A Refund

In case you are unsatisfied with the received purchase, we request you to reach us at info@rideadventure.in with your order details, and we shall revert back to you at the earliest with the details of return shipping process.

Returns

We are happy to assist you with returns subject to following criteria:

The products should be purchased only from rideadventure.in and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.

Return request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 7 days refund period.
Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
Product should reach us within 7 day and be in sellable condition.

Kindly note that during sale, specific rules will apply for returning on sale product; If the correct product has been delivered, only in case we send a wrong product we will accept return. Unfortunately on sale products cant be refunded.

Delay in receiving the order

If you don't receive your products and you can't track it, we recommend reaching us by mail so that we can assist you with right details. We shall handle such issues strictly and take necessary steps to resolve it at the earliest.

In such an event, we can cancel your order and process your refunds the money in your account or track your order and expedite the shipment.

You will not be entitled for any cash refunds as per our policy.

Damaged, Wrong product, Exchanges

Post receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction and in case of exchange we will update your details and ship you the right products. In either scenario your return or exchange issue will be closed within 1-2 weeks of our receiving of the return package from you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return address is mentioned on the label.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds:

We may provide Refunds in the event of:

• 1) In certain situations partial refunds might be granted if applicable (Damage or missing part).
• Return of products purchased by the Customer, subject to eligibility for return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Orders cancelled before dispatch are subject to a deduction of 3% + GST towards payment gateway and transaction processing charges. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted, as shipping and handling charges have already been incurred.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products delivered correctly as ordered. Please verify product specifications, compatibility, fitment, and requirements before placing an order. Returns based on change of mind, incorrect selection, or compatibility assumptions will not be accepted.

🔄 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, report it within 7 days of delivery. The product must remain unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Supporting photographs and an unboxing video may be required for verification. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible.

📦 Return Shipping

For approved exchange or replacement claims, customers arrange and pay for the return shipment to our registered address. RideAdventure does not reimburse return courier, packaging, handling, or transportation costs. Please pack the product securely to prevent transit damage.

⚡ Installation of Electrical Accessories

Headlights, fog lights, wiring harnesses, auxiliary lights, and other electrical accessories must be installed by a qualified technician or professional motorcycle electrician. Damage from incorrect wiring, improper installation, modifications, short circuits, or use with incompatible electrical systems is not covered under warranty, replacement, exchange, or refund.
